These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of JoinWith (joinwith.com), run by Eyal Lapid, an individual in Israel (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using JoinWith, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use JoinWith.

1. Who May Use JoinWith

You may use JoinWith if:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you can lawfully agree to these Terms where you live;
• you use JoinWith only as these Terms and the law allow.

2. What JoinWith Is Today

JoinWith is at an early stage. Today you can create an account, sign in and sign out. Polls, discussions and identity checks are planned but not open yet. Nothing is charged.

We may change, pause or stop JoinWith, or any part of it, at any time. We will try to give notice when we reasonably can.

3. Your Account

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address, or with Google when it is offered. Keep access to your email account secure: anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. Tell us at privacy@joinwith.com if you think someone else has used your account.

You may ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to privacy@joinwith.com. The Privacy Policy explains what deletion does.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• use JoinWith for anything unlawful;
• disrupt, overload, probe or attack the site;
• get around rate limits, blocks or other access controls;
• use bots, scripts or scraping, or create accounts automatically, without our permission;
• sign up with an email address that is not yours, or pretend to be someone else;
• send malware or harmful code;
• harass, threaten or abuse other people or us.

We may block or delete an account that breaks these rules, or when we need to protect JoinWith, other people or legal rights.

5. Identity Checks

JoinWith does not offer identity checks yet. When they arrive, we will update these Terms and the Privacy Policy before they open.

6. Our Content

JoinWith’s software, design, text and name belong to us or to those who license them to us. You may not copy, change or distribute them except as the law allows or with our written permission.

7. No Warranty

JoinWith is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or kept running.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, for lost data, or for the site being unavailable.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited, including consumer rights that apply where you live.

9. Ending Your Use

You may stop using JoinWith at any time, and ask us to delete your account. We may block or delete your account if you break these Terms, if your use creates a risk for JoinWith or other people, or if the law requires it. Sections 6, 7, 8 and 10 continue to apply after your use ends.

10. Governing Law and Courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about these Terms or JoinWith. This does not take away any right you have under the law of the country where you live to bring a claim there.

Before starting formal proceedings, please write to privacy@joinwith.com so we can try to resolve the issue.

11. Changes to These Terms

We will update these Terms when JoinWith changes, and always before identity checks open. Changes will be posted on this page with a new version number and effective date.
